cinammon roll
1 ½ cups water or almond milk
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
¼ cup dry oats
½ banana, peeled
shamrock (for the offseason)
2 cups vanilla ice cream
3/4 cup whole milk
10 drops green food coloring
1/4 teaspoon mint extract
whipped cream, sprinkles and cherries for serving
