here are a few proteineous, JUICE-INDUCED shake recipes to make after the weights are wiped down and back on the shelves.

vanilla coffee

  • ½ cup vanilla almond milk
  • ½ cup cold brewed black coffee
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • liquid stevia to taste
  • handful of ice cubes

  • cinammon roll

  • 1 ½ cups water or almond milk
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup dry oats
  • ½ banana, peeled

  • shamrock (for the offseason)

  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 10 drops green food coloring
  • 1/4 teaspoon mint extract
  • whipped cream, sprinkles and cherries for serving
